3. Inserting Batteries Open the door on the bottom of the camera

5. Insert the SD memory card Be careful to insert it right side-up

9. Back Controls 2 1.This is the LCD Display 2.Control Wheel 3.Playback Button o You can view your photos o Use the Control Wheel to go forward and backward 4.Menu Button o Allows you to change menu settings

10. Transferring your photos to the computer - 1 You need to obtain a USB Card Reader

11. Transferring your photos to the computer - 2 Take the SD card out of the camera, open the card reader at the straight end and load it in the card Reader. Make sure the labels face in the same direction.

12. Transferring your photos to the computer - 3 Close the card Reader. Open the other end and plug it into the USB port of your computer.

13. Transferring your photos to the computer - 4 You will get an Auto Play window. Click on Open to view files. You do this so you can find your photos. Remember that other students are using the cameras.

14. Transferring your photos to the computer - 4 You will see a folder called DCIM Open it to view files. You will see some folders, select the one for today’s date and open it. Select your photos Copy them to your computer
