Sustainable Geo-Fish There are 1,972 sustainable fish farms in operation today. Kroger, Costco, Walmart and Whole Foods have all committed to procuring the top 15 edible fish species via sustainable harvesting. The marine stewardship counsel has developed a sustainable fish seal.
