Outline of the Presentation Research Background Research Objectives Research Area Research Methodology Conclusion

Research Background  Creativity is a key capability of the human factor and essential in promoting the growth of the nation.  Most learners are able to lower into the creative process.  The environment learning, technique and teaching methods of instructors is very important of the learners which can lead to creativity.  The learning environments with Scaffolding system will reduce the chance of failure in the learner performance.  Creativity is a key capability of the human factor and essential in promoting the growth of the nation.  Most learners are able to lower into the creative process.  The environment learning, technique and teaching methods of instructors is very important of the learners which can lead to creativity.  The learning environments with Scaffolding system will reduce the chance of failure in the learner performance.

Research Results Figure 2: A process of virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning to develop the creativity of undergraduate learner

Research Results A process of virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning to develop the creativity of undergraduate learner Step 1 Pre-exposure Step 2 Preparation Step 3 Initiation and Acquisition Step 4 Elaboration Step 5 Incubation and Memory Formation Step 6 Verification and Confidence Check Step 7 Celebration and Integration

Research Results Step 1 Pre-exposure overview of new topics to learn and agree of the learning process together in management education Step 2 Preparation prepare the brain for linking learner discussion about what the learners have learned learners and instructors interaction through a tool for communication

Research Results Step 3 Initiation and Acquisition The learners learn through online teaching share and prepared teaching and skeletal problems or situations to learners Online Content Conceptual Scaffolding helps to create the concept of the learner Step 4 Elaboration the learners to participate in a deeper understanding of what they learn and feedback on the implications brainstorming together through Synchronous communication Metaconition Scaffolding and the assistance strategy

Research Results Step 5 Incubation and Memory Formation learners summarize the concept of learners in the concept map and record their daily learning by using tools for learners Conceptual Scaffolding to create the concept in the form of a diagram graphical concept to learners. Step 6 Verification and Confidence Check learners apply the former information to a new situation or create new work then present to the instructors and learners using the tool for the students. Procedural Scaffolding The learners and instructors then share the learning evaluation.

Research Results Step 7 Celebration and Integration release the learners’ work and invite others to join and admired the work of the learners, such as parents, friends, co-principal institutions through communications tools such as video conferencing.

Research Results The components of virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning to develop the creativity of undergraduate students are appropriate in the overall level (X = 4.55, SD = 0.55). A designed virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning can be applied in real teaching situation are appropriate in the overall level (X = 4.2, SD =.84). Episode 2 and Episode 3 : evaluation results by 5 experts

Conclusions  a virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning to develop the creativity of undergraduate learner can be applied to develop the creativity of the undergraduate learner positively with an appropriateness level in the overall.  Since the introduction of the learning process, development of ideas at a high levels the learning process by the brain-based as the 7 Stages.  The virtual learning environment that supports learning with the Scaffolding system will foster an atmosphere of learning that contributes to creativity.  a virtual learning environment with Scaffolding system to support a brain-based learning to develop the creativity of undergraduate learner can be applied to develop the creativity of the undergraduate learner positively with an appropriateness level in the overall.  Since the introduction of the learning process, development of ideas at a high levels the learning process by the brain-based as the 7 Stages.  The virtual learning environment that supports learning with the Scaffolding system will foster an atmosphere of learning that contributes to creativity.
