VDL Mode 2 Standards Harmonization Aspects ICAO ACP WG-M (January 23 – 25, 2013) Montreal, Canada 5 DO-281b / ED92b status DO-281b –Aligned with DO-224c and A631-6 –Approved for FRAC in October, 2011 –RTCA VDLSG / EUROCAE WG-92 collectively resolved all FRAC comments by Jan 30, 2012 –RTCA PMC publication approval in March 2012 ED-92b –Technical content same as DO-281b, with different traceability references (ED-92b traces back to ICAO Doc 9776) –EUROCAE approved its publication in October 2012
