Forms ONLINE at ccsd.k12.co.us Equip. Fitting will occur on August 12 and13 th. Players will pick-up equip. the the first day of practice Aug. 16 th Player Responsible for SHOES. The team shoe is strongly recommended as is a McDavid GIRDLE.

5 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 5 Physicals ALL PHYSICALS & Athletic Paperwork due Aug. 9 th -13 th. Form online @ ccsd.k12.co.us Access Family Medicine 19284 Cottonwood Drive, Suite 201, Parker. Portion of proceeds will be donated to the Grandview Athletic Training Department.

6 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 6 TEAM SHOES Slammers Team Sports and NEW BALANCE Shoes - New Balance Cleats (4 styles) BLACK Girdles – McDavid Gloves – Cutter (lineman and reciever) Team Sweats – Only available for selling 10 wolf Cards. ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT IS SCHOOL ISSUED GEAR: Helmet, Shoulder pads, thigh, knee, hip, pants, jerseys, game socks etc.

7 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 7 Spring Football Orientation June 1 st and 2 nd V/JV Team Camp, June 1 st – 11 th ($100) Summer Weights/SAQ ($125) -Monday thru Thursday: June 21 th - July 29 th -Varsity and JV sessions at 6:30am-8:30am and 7:30am-9:30am -Freshman Session from 8:30 – 10:30am 7 on 7 -Tuesday and Thursday Nights July 8 th thru 20 th 6pm @ Legacy Stadium. -Monday July 12 th at REGIS Preseason Camp Aug. 9 th – 13 th ($100) August 13 th all Physicals and Paperwork due. 8 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 8 V/JV Team Camp CHERRY CREEK SUMMER CAMPS - $100 (You must register in order to participate.) June 1 st and 2 nd : Helmets only 3pm-5pm June 4 th : Shoulderpads and Helmets 2pm-5pm June 5 th : FULL PADS 8am – 11am (Scrimmage) June 7 th and 8 th : Film and Practice 2pm-5pm June 9 th and 10 th : Film and Practice 8am -11am June 11 th : Scimmage @ Douglas County HS 9am

9 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 9 WHAT DOES IT COST!! School district pays for Salaries, and Transportation, Officials etc. There is $7000 left for Supplies. COST TO OUTFIT A PLAYER!! ($750) –Jerseys ($150)-Practice gear ($100) –Helmet ($225)-Shoulder pads ($150) –Game Pants ($120)-Expendables ($25) –STRATEGIC COSTS – Computers, camera’s, DVD players, etc. OUR GOAL IS $25,000 more per year to compete

WOLF CARDS (Goal = 1500 packs sold!) –All players need to sell 10 packs –All players that are successful receive Team Sweat Suit –New SAQ sleds and New practice dummies. Kick-Off Mailer: (NEW!) –June each player will bring 10 out of town addresses. –Letters will be mailed during June Camp and Weights –Players may use 50% of funds to help finance Fall camp. –GOAL = New Sled ($8000)

11 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 11 Grandview Football Booster Club Booster Club provides funds that TRIPLE the amount of equipment, jerseys, technology, and gear that our school can provide for the success of the team. Boosters provide team meals for Varsity, JV., as well as treats for Freshman on road trips. Boosters provide all of the team sportswear and concessions at lower level home football games. Boosters develop and publish our football program for varsity games. Boosters organize all of the end of the year Banquets. Membership is strongly recommended and meetings are once a month ($100).

12 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 12 Fundraising and BOOSTER EVENTS WOLF CARDS FINAL COLLECTION JUNE 2 nd SPRING TAILGATE Party and Auction, June 11th @ Heritage Eagle Bend (FREE w/ MEMERSHIP). August 14 th, The 11 th Annual Grandview Football GOLF TOURNAMENT @ Heritage Eagle Bend. Football Program Add Sales (can package w/ golf). -Add Sales need to be completed by August 1 st. -First Home Game August 29 th vs Valor. Merchandise Sales. Booster Club Membership($100) -- EVERYONE SHOULD BE A MEMBER!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

13 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 13 Commitment Club 2.0 GPA or better. Bonus for 3.5GPA Winter and Spring Off-Season Program (80% atten.) –Compete in another GHS Sport. –Athletic Weights or after school weight program. –Spring and Fall Testing Summer Program, Including Team Camps. August Camp – Complete all Testing! Fundraising and Community Service Points Player must get 70 of 100 points. We had 74 players last year.

Winter Commitment Club Members 85 Spring Commitment Club Members 89 Nearly all players showed gains in STRENGTH and SPEED. –Bench - Squat- CleanDips –40yd dash- 20 yd agility- Vertical Jump 80 players competed in other sports @ GHS. Commitment Club members get results!!! ENROLL in ATHLETIC WEIGHTS!!!

15 www.gowolves.org GHS Football 15 Eligibility and Team Rules All Athletic paperwork / Physicals must be completed prior to starting practice August 16th. CHSAA. 2 F’s during any week equals suspension. Grades checked every Thursday. 2 F’s at the end of a Semester = SIT first half of season. All players must wear proper issued equipment. -Any player who alters his equipment or plays without proper equipment may be removed from a contest and the teams coach placed under sanction. This includes TINTED VISORS. -Team!! Don’t try to dress to stand out. Wear issued uniform. August – Team Handbook & Core Values –All parents and players must sign. –Contains all team policies and conduct rules. –School Attendance, Eligibilty and Conduct rules.

Sept 18 th 7pm Fort Collins Thursday Sept 25 th 6pm. @Legacy Cherry Creek Smoky Hill Cherokee Trail Eaglecrest Overland Playoffs Week 1 TBA All Freshman and JV games will be held Saturday mornings at the opposite site. Parent transportation required to these games. EXCEPT Valor, and Fort Collins weeks, which have Alternate times.
