15 Tuition and COF Tuition at FRCC is $199.90 per credit, but the State of Colorado helps reduce the cost by $75 per credit, so student’s pay $124.90 per credit hour. If you don’t sign up for COF, you will owe $75 per credit hour to FRCC. – St Vrain will not pay this part.
