5. Listing Central Preview a Listing Create a Listing Edit a Listing *All companies using a Third Party Interface will not have option to create a listing using Listing Central. They can preview and edit listings.

7. Preview a Listing To preview a property, choose to create a listing

9. Preview a Listing Property is now ready to preview, simply click on the “Preview” button

13. Listing Central Create A Listing Once a sales associate obtains the listing, they can simply “push” that listing information over to ERA.com with just the click of a button. All listings need approval from the office manager or broker to become an active listing. CREST EDG and Listing Central will communicate with each other, allowing listing information to be in sync. All updates to Listing Central will override any updates in CREST EDG.

14. Create A Listing To activate a created listing, click on listings under “My Alerts”

15. Create A Listing All created listings will appear with an option to edit, publish or archive

16. Create A Listing If listing is missing required information, an alert will appear.

17. Create A Listing Confirmation message will appear with a note that published listings will need to be approved by a broker

18. Create A Listing The office manager/broker will have option to archive, approve or reject agent properties

19. Create A Listing Once a property is approved by an office manager/broker, it will appear on ERA.com within 2 hours

20. Creating A Listing Create a Rental or Commercial Listing For the first time, you can accurately enter Rental and Commercial listings for display on ERA.com. More detailed information is available for rental and commercial listings. Rental information will not display in CREST EDG and only data points in CREST that correspond with Listing Central will appear.

21. Create A Listing Creating a commercial listing is an option on the main menu. After choosing the property zoning type, user will then have a choice between sale and rental

23. Listing Central Edit a Listing All of the functionality that was available in My Listing Editor will be available in Listing Central. Transactional data such as commission and fee information for a property can only be submitted through CREST EDG.

24. Edit a Listing To edit a listing, select “Edit a Listing” in the main menu

25. Edit a Listing All Active/Pending listings will appear with option to search and edit listings

26. Edit a Listing Once a listing is active, the address, MLS number, Price and Expiration date can only be updated by Broker or Office Manager
