Folie 2 EQUAL Programme - the opportunity a) Develop and test a new cooperation model (partnership) aiming at the policy delivery in parallel with the mainstreaming Programme MBQ (Munich program for employment and qualification) b) Move from service providers to partners c) Establish joint work and dialogue with relevant actors namely the stakeholders d) Capitalisation of synergies between EQUAL and mainstreaming city projects to enable transfer and policy in cooperation e) Mainstreaming in the local policy bodies to support sustainability of EQUAL project structures

Folie 3 MünchenKompetent An innovative policy delivery instrument Objectives: To improve the local governance model through the creation of a more participative policy delivery instrument – the partnership To analyse the bottlenecks to expansion of employment and to introduce the necessary correcting measures to adapt offer to the demand; and To generate new employment opportunities for the more disadvantaged groups
