February 16, 2014 HUMAN RESOURCES 9 Action Plan 1.1Reduce private car use Actions: Provide free shuttle bus service from Charles de Gaulle Square ( the closest subway station) to Victoria Park headquarter 1.2Staff to be aware of their transport option Actions: E-mails to staff to inform about the public transport alternatives (routes number and itinerary, departure times) E-mails to staff to inform about the shuttle bus (route, departure times and points) New staff receive transport information as part of their induction
