4. Thinking about forgiveness for violence… When speaking about forgiveness, it is important to think about how you might feel if you had been hurt by somebody.

5. On your own… Please do not write any names, including yours. Think about a time when your friends let you down, or turned their back on you when you needed them most? Write - what happened, briefly - what you felt like - how you dealt with your anger or other feelings

6. What advice would you give? As you listen to this person’s story, think what advice you might have given them at the time. How could you have influenced their actions?
