Normally you will wan to use the Print Layout View- this used to be called the Page Layout View. This page is only a picture! There a number of different ways that you can view the screen. Page Layouts If you cannot see the numbers on the left hand side of the screen, you are probably not in the Print Layout View. To change to the Print layout View Click on View, then Print layout.
