If you do not bring COMPLETED Skills Mastery Form(s) to this meeting, your course request will be changed to a standard class. No changes will be made after March 23, 2015

34 It is VERY important to practice good study habits now:  Advocate for yourself  Take advantage of tutoring resources (Veritas, SPEF, individual tutors)  Write assignments in your Tiger Guide  Ask questions when you don’t understand  Prioritize your schedule/managing your time  Do all of your homework the day it is assigned & review for tests/quizzes Study Habits

35 Attendance Come to school every day & arrive on time to each class. Absences and tardies do affect learning Consequences: Saturday School, SART/SARB School hours are 8:00am-3:00pm Senior Attendance Policy

36 Important Reminders Counselors will meet individually with assigned students as follows: 11 th Grade: week of March 2-6 in English class. 10 th Grade: week of March 10-13 in English classes 9 th Grade: week of March 2-13 in 9 th Grade Study Hall classes

37 More Reminders *Parent signature is required and must initial yes/no to “A-G” courses. IMPORTANT: All Skills Mastery form(s) are due on the day you meet with your counselor. If you don’t have this form, you will not be enrolled in the class!
