3. 1. Log in The login system of toottoot is based on your phone numbers. Press Sign Up and Start button to sign up.

4. 1. Log in Type your ID with more than 6 letters and press Next. Check your phone number and press Next again. (ios needs phone number accreditation)

5. 1. Log in Type your name and press Next. For your safety, password should be more than 6 letters + numbers. Retype your password and press Next.

6. 1. Log in Select your Birthdate and press Next. After pressing your gender, all procedures are finished.

7. 2. Make a toot You can make a new toot by pressing Make a toot. Type toot name and info, and than, select photos and color of your toot main view. If everything are set, press the checkmark above.

8. 2. Make a toot After pressing the checkmark, list of required information for joining the toot will be appeared. Please select necessary information, and press the checkmark again, and a new toot will be made.

9. 3. Invite a member You can invite a member by contacts-> Plus mark in the below.(If you are not the toot manager, you can invite a member under the manger’s permission)

10. 3. Invite a member Check a member to invite and press the checkmark. If you are hard to find a person, you can easily find him/her by Search.

11. 4. Join a toot Since toottoot is a Closed-Group-Net, joining a toot can be done only when you got invited to the toot. If you confirm the invitation, you can join the toot right away.

12. 5. toot setting You can enter the toot setting by clicking cog-wheel mark. You can set your privacy settings in Privacy Setting. If you check a certain lists, they will be appeared to the other members. However, you cannot uncheck the things that the toot manger has marked as ‘required information’. You can set alarms by Push Alarm Setting You can set message settings by Receive/Reject Setting.

13. 6. toot menu Board A free board to the members. Has Accusation, like, share and comment functions.

14. 6. toot menu Contact The members’ addresses are provided. You can set information open range in toot setting. You can see a member’s detailed information by clicking him/her.

15. 6. toot menu Call: Can call to the member. Detail info Mail: Can send e-mail to the member.

16. 6. toot menu SMS: Can send text message to the member. Detail info Chat: Can chat with members. The messages in here are volatile. It will be deleted after the receiver read the message.

17. 6. toot menu Profile: Profile of the member. Detail info Fax: Can send a documents or pictures to the member with the fax number.

18. 6. toot menu E-Business card: Member’s information are shown as a business card image. Detail info Group Call: Multi-call function with the members.

19. 6. toot menu Event Can check your schedules in here. Events are linked to the Notice.

20. 6. toot menu -Add a event You can add a new event by clicking Add. You can set time, place, and RSVP request. -Confirm the event You can check the event by clicking the date. Events are classified by Entire Event, Small toot Event, and Anniversaries.

21. 6. toot menu Notice You can upload the notice if you are the manager. You can easily write a notice with provided templates.

22. 6. toot menu Album Can share photos with the members. You can upload your pictures if you want.
