What is the SMART System? The SMART System is a real-time software solution designed to: ̶Monitors all workers entering and exiting work locations ̶Track man hours including off/on duty and off/on site ̶Record if worker is injured during shift ̶Verify if each worker has received SafeGulf/SafeLandUSA and site-specific orientation ̶Produce SMART Reports - Search and query all captured information in real-time

How the SMART System Works SMART Software is installed on Windows or MAC-based hardware with USB barcode scanner Employee SafeLandUSA /SafeGulf card is scanned and verified against PECcard.com System displays a picture of the card holder as well as SG/SL as they scan in/out of location System verifies site-specific orientation date and alerts admin if the users orientation is expired

How the SMART System Works Worker name, company, status (checking in or out) and time is captured and tracked at check in The system also tracks if the worker lives on site and if on/off duty Tracks journey management The SMART System does have offline capability ̶If the location loses internet connectivity, the software will go into offline mode and capture all information (if scanned into CPU)

Standardized Orientation PEC Basic Orientation – PEC Basic is a SafeLandUSA accredited course – 1 day class – PEC enters student data into Training Tracker – PEC QC’s test and prints permanent cards – Each student leaves class with a Temporary card
