It is important to evaluate the impact of the initiatives of the strategy and ensure that the programmes provided meet the required quality and relevance. 6 Scope of Work The scope of the project includes but not limited to: 1.Establish and package the monitoring and evaluation framework integrating all existing tools, systems and procedures 2.Introduce data collection techniques, formats and guidelines 3.Consultation with relevant Business Unit Management (BUM) 4.Develop performance indicators in line with best practice 5.Develop monitoring, verification and evaluation policy 6.Develop monitoring, verification and evaluation reporting tools 7.Develop the train-the-trainer guide 8.Capacity building of W&RSETA staff
