3. What is Open Learning?? {OLR} We offer between 120 and 150 each semester Mainly an alternative to multi parts of term Non standard term or PT based sections. Students can select start date. End date system calculated by duration in SSBSECT. Section based tuition and refunds or defaults

4. Issues for Lehigh This will require some training of department and college personnel. Smallest link to term registration. Allows for OLR designated sections to determine their own start dates, registration dates, billing dates, on line grad student tuition payment and duration of course. For online sections, special calendar on campus sections, independent study sections and some satellite instruction. Heavy data entry needs for section by section billing and refund rules. Refund policy guidelines proposal has been stalled. SOAORUL Helps. Tough issues: measure of full time status, overload restrictions, and faculty teaching load.
