Gives you the confidence that your program aligns with a nationally accepted and recognized model. Helps you evaluate your program and areas for improvement. Increases your skills and knowledge. Enhances your program's efforts to contribute to student success.

8. COUNSELING PROGRAM GOALS 2013-2014 1.) To increase the graduation rate from 96.9% to 97.6 % (one more student) 2.) To reduce the amount of freshman failures for 2013-2014 school year from 4.6% to 2.8% - a 1.5% decrease in the failure rate. 3.) 100% of 8 th grade students will choose a career goal during their Individual Graduation Plan meeting with their middle school counselor.
