5 Global services and networks - ITU  SG2 - Operational aspects of service provision and telecommunications management Study Group 2 shall define and describe services from a user's point of view to facilitate global interconnection and interoperation and, to the extent practicable, ensure compatibility with the International Telecommunication Regulations and related intergovernmental agreements.
