9. December 8 th - 20 th All teachers present. Teachers are there for their students. Engaging students minds in learning. Wounded students return to school.

10. January 2 nd – June 1 st. Teachers there everyday for their students. No students withdrew from school. No teachers retired or transferred. All teachers returned for 1998-1999 school year.
