5. Latest Job – Engr Manager A company-wide reorganization created a manager-shaped hole in my team 2 nd level manager asked 6pm Thurs Quick self-assessment and consulting with colleagues Took the job 12pm Fri Always be ready, have a network of trusted friends, let people know what you want

Outside of Work Led volunteers in Women at Intel Network employee group Started annual conference, clothing drive, external networking events Very fulfilling experience, creates close bonds with the team, learned how to influence without authority Don’t let “but it’s never been done before!” stop you!
