3. Lights On After School October 23rd All DCYF grantees are required to host a Lights On Afterschool event and register with the Afterschool Alliance. The Expanded Learning Collaborative is also hosting a photo contest this year! take a picture that demonstrates one of the 11 Elements of Quality (aligned to the ELC resource guide) and send it to the ELC.
