2 Objective Purpose is to provide step by step visual examples and instructions on how to create a pinhole camera. The students will follow along with instructor in completing the outlined steps. 3 Materials  Oatmeal box or square cardboard box  Pre cut pieces of pop cans  Approx 1x2”  Elmer’s glue  Ruler or Tape measure  Razor/X-Acto Blade  Black Tape  Scissors  Pencil/Pen  Clothespin  Pin  Newspaper  Scraps of cardboard/cardstock  Oatmeal box or square cardboard box  Pre cut pieces of pop cans  Approx 1x2”  Elmer’s glue  Ruler or Tape measure  Razor/X-Acto Blade  Black Tape  Scissors  Pencil/Pen  Clothespin  Pin  Newspaper  Scraps of cardboard/cardstock

6 Painting Your Camera Paint outside on Newspaper.

7 Creating the pin hole

8 Making the Pinhole/Aperture

9 Attaching the Pinhole

10 Making it secure

11 Create a Shutter Track and Handle  Shutter Track  Cut two strips of scrap cardboard or cardstock paper.  Shutter Track  Cut two strips of scrap cardboard or cardstock paper.

12 Create a Shutter Handle  Fold another strip back to back into a T. Tape together.  Glue onto a wider square.  Fold another strip back to back into a T. Tape together.  Glue onto a wider square.
