By the end of these lessons we need to be able to answer this question: How do religious believers communicate with God? Recap… You have been working in small groups on a poster task for the last 3 lessons. In today’s lesson we are going to evaluate our work & award prizes for the best work. We’re also going to talk about the skills that we have developed in this project. You have 10 minutes now to put any finishing touches on your posters.

Think about the work that you have done during this project. Have you used & improved skills like… …Working with numbers? …Communicating with others? …Using ICT? …Solving problems? …Working with others? …Reviewing & evaluating your work? How have you used & improved these skills? On A4 plain paper, you need to draw a brainstorm for yourself to show the skills you have used & developed in this project, this will be displayed with your posters.

Each group will have a piece of plain paper & a coloured pen… Firstly, you need to write… Then, as a group discuss your project work & award yourselves: Then, you are going to pass your work around the class, to other groups. They are going to look at your poster, think about anything they know about how you worked as a team & also award you: Remember to be constructive & considerate in the things that you write when evaluating.

For next lesson, you need to find out… 3 facts about the Bible (Christian holy book) 3 facts about The Torah (Jewish holy book) 3 facts about The Qur’an (Muslim holy book). …write down your research, in your own words (don’t just copy from the internet!), in your books.
