3. Regional/County Solid Waste Master Plans SWMCB JPA calls for the development of Master Plan with both regional and county elements This would be the third regional master plan undertaken by the SWMCB

5. Forum: Powerful Players: Powerful Actions Launch the Master Plan development with a private sector focused forum Policy Plan: The private sector has a significant role….. more needs to be done to ensure the activities of the private sector and the public sector are aligned to reach state goals
