3. This weekend… Let’s take a look at the agenda…. What’s your role? #1 is to start to build a relationship with your local League teams How to do that? Sit with them Participate in all activities Observe the teams

Some specific tasks: On Saturday: Greet League members as they arrive One person to work registration Be prepared to introduce yourself & your mentee Leagues (League name only) Encourage Leagues to use parking lot for questions Tweet! #growingLWV On Saturday evening, let’s get together before dinner for a quick check-in as a team – Is everything going alright?

5. On Sunday: During the last part of the day, set up your first call with each local League & note when they plan to talk with their local League board Encourage the Leagues to use press template & take photo Other things: Ask to be put on your local League’s mailing list. If they have a copy of the League calendar, take it! You will get a copy of the Events Planning Checklist
