2 National Rollout Update All NPAs in the national rollout schedule will be implemented as of December 12, 2003. As of October 29, 2003, 50,000 block applications have been processed through the Pooling Administration System (PAS).

6 Recent PA Activities Notifying carriers about some recent changes to rate centers from optional to mandatory, and seeking guidance from the appropriate regulatory commissions on timeframes for compliance. These changes will be posted on our website monthly Continue to provide requested ad hoc reports to states Provided information for the 25% contamination Issue Management Group Pooling Implementation Managers working to remove non-geographic rate centers from the Pooling Administration System (includes wireless grandfathered rate centers). Will notify carriers that those blocks will no longer appear in the PAS at such time as the rate centers are removed Held a PAS refresher call for 20 state regulatory staff on September 18.
