7 7 Other PA Activities of Interest Non-Participating Carriers Report continue working with FCC and service providers will begin working on new report in November using information from the completed SIMS and the current NRUF preliminary numbers indicate that the # of carriers in the new report will be substantially greater PA Annual Performance Survey distributed September 1 113 surveys returned – nearly double the 2003 response (61) average overall score was 4.4 out of 5 aggregated ratings from 4.7 (personal service) to 4.1 (PAS) Red Light Rule implemented on November 1 using the list from the preceding day made courtesy calls until November 1 to SPs on the FCC list
