10. Evaluation I have been asked to produce a multimedia presentation for the company Out&Up. How is the presentation suitable for purpose: promote, entertain, educate, inform. In this presentation I allow people to navigate freely through the presentation by clicking on each button to lead them to the page which will have all information that is asked or needed to know about our Out&Up. Also I was able to persuade people who came to check us and seen this presentation to go and tell friends and family about it so that they were also able to visit us. What has been included to meet the needs of the audience- look at your success criteria. How they checked their presentation for accuracy – proofreading, teacher, buddy, consistency. Describe how they checked for problems and corrected them e.g. broken links, formatting etc..- testing as I went along and at the end. I have checked my presentation by checking all my links as the school decided to block YouTube I sent it to my email and checked it at home which does work. On my master slide I have my background my buttons did not appear because I customised my slides. I was able to use formal use of language maybe on the feedback wont be so formal because different people speak differently and how everyone’s opinion will be different. I met my success criteria because I have all my 9 slides completed and I’ve shown my knowledge between each slide included table and feedback between some people who were able to visit Out&Up. This was a presentation about a company who also built an assault course where it was aged to17-21.
