4 The Search Box The Search box lets you search from any webpage You can add search providers to the Search box 4 Search providers you can quickly choose for your next search Access to add new search providers to the list

5 Web Addresses (URLs) Every webpage has a specific URL 5

6 Top-level Domain Names These tell you about the origin of many web pages 6

7 Tabbed Browsing Tabbed browsing lets you open several web pages in the same browser window 7 Tip! Tabs are a convenient way to open several search results while keeping your search results page open.

8 Downloading Files Downloading: Saving an item from a remote site (e.g. a Web page) to your local computer 8 Download Picture on a web pageFile on Owen’s Computer Important! A file downloaded from a website you can’t trust could contain malware or spyware.

15 Sending Email Attachments You can attach most types of files to Outlook email messages  You can attach multiple files to a single message  Outlook warns if a file that could possibly contain malware (a virus) 15

16 Receiving Email Attachments A paper clip alerts you that a message has one or more attachments  Attachments are embedded in the message until you save them 16 Important! Never open an attachment in a message from someone you do not know. It could contain malware.
