3 Philosophy The team will be divided into Developmental and Competitive level athletes. The team will be divided into Developmental and Competitive level athletes. Each Developmental athlete will have the opportunity to advance to the Competitive level through dedication and hard work! 5 Results The coaching staff is prepared to work with athletes of all ability levels and skillsets. 16 Team Rules Packet The FHS/Track and Field Standards of Performance, Lettering Requirements, Team Handbook, and the FCPS Participation Policy are designed to inform athletes and parents of the requirements to be a member of the Track and Field team. We must all work as a team and comply with the standards and expectations set forth within these documents. Students and parents must sign an form acknowledging that the have received and read each of these documents.
