5 Logistics There’s no place like HOPE!

6 Same Rules, Different Place No pets, grills, fire! No PETS No firearms No open flame No alcohol No tobacco

7 Same Rules, Different Place –Set up begins at 1pm on Saturday – No one will be allowed on the field before 1pm. –Golf carts will be available at 1pm for heavy items such as coolers, large boxes, tables, etc. The carts will stop running at 4:30pm. Parking is limited. Please consider carpooling.

8 Same Rules, Different Place –You will need two people with you to unload so one person can park the car. –No parking in the unloading area.

9 Same Rules, Different Place –Tents on the infield will only be allowed in designated areas. –No long stakes allowed – sprinkler system does not run deep.

10 Same Rules, Different Place –Personal generators are allowed but must be filled in the parking area. –We ask that everyone turn off the generators during the Remember Ceremony.

11 Same Rules, Different Place –If you attended bank night, your team members do not need to check in on the day of Relay, but you need to mark your campsite on the map located near Relay Central. –Please pick up your fundraising club sign at Relay Central if your team qualifies. $2,500 and above

12 Same Rules, Different Place –All Survivors need to check in at the Survivor Tent even if your team checked in at Bank Night.

14 Additional Information –ATM will be available for onsite fundraisers. –Survivor and $1,000 parking will be available again. –Modern bathroom facilities will be available!! –Dress for the weather & bring a change of socks/shoes. –WEAR SUNSCREEN!!!

15 Additional Information –Keep your campsite clean. –Water will be available, so bring a water bottle. –The main football field and surrounding areas are OFF LIMITS.

16 Additional Information –Bagels will be available for breakfast. –The golf carts will be available again for heavy items after closing ceremonies. –Please watch your children. Relay For Life is a fun family event. We want to make sure the safety of everyone is taken into consideration.

18 Announcements The deadline to submit onsite fundraisers/ activities has been extended to June 9. Please submit the form to Kelly Brown at relayitis@gmail.comrelayitis@gmail.com Deadline to nominate all of our great team captains is June 12. Participants should tell us in 250 words or less why their team captain is the best. Tamara Allen at tjrelay@cox.net with entries.

19 Announcements –For donations to be included in the totals for the awards ceremony, the money must be turned in by 8 pm to Relay Central. Online donations as of 10 am Saturday morning will also be included. –New fundraising levels will be announced after Luminaria. –To guarantee handicap parking / transport please contact Scott at 402-740-7427.

20 Bank Nights –Omaha State Bank 120 th and Center Tuesday June 7 th 6:00 – 8:00 Thursday June 9 th 6:00 – 8:00 –Sign up for a day and time tonight! –If a team member registered late or did not raise $100, they will not receive a t-shirt on Bank Night.

21 Additional Information –Registration will close temporarily during the first 3 ceremonies to allow our committee members time to participate: –CELEBRATE – 5 pm –REMEMBER – 9:30 pm –FIGHT BACK – After Miss Relay ~11:30pm –CLOSING – 5 am –Registration will close Sunday 12am –Relay Central will have someone there all night for questions.
