5 What Is Heartfulness? Heartfulness is a quality of wellness achieved by connecting with the heart to create a feeling of one-ness for people, things and places in and around one Self Heartfulness comes from a rich heritage of yoga, meditation and the tradition of Sahaj Marg Depending on the location and demand, we can structure the following types of corporate workshops: 1-hour introductory workshop offering group meditation and relaxation techniques, with tips for employees Multi-week meditation/relaxation training course (typically 3 to 6 weeks) Weekly group meditation for employees Welcome guests to the workshop and introduce yourself Make sure everyone has a pen/pencil and sheet of paper Introduce the need for meditation and why we meditate on the heart A unique element of Heartfulness is “yogic transmission” – an energy that is transmitted during the session that allows one to go deeper into meditation. Emotional and mental well-being – less anxiety, greater empathy, calmness, relaxation to be felt at mental level Physical well-being – better health with reduced blood pressure, heart rate normalcy, better and deeper sleep, relaxation to be felt at the physical level Inner well-being – to simplify life and to connect with one’s inner nature. This paves the way for peace of mind, inner joy and bliss The results towards these goals can be immediate and palpable; while at the same time sincere efforts and patience will go a very long way.
