2 Corporate Employee Health Report Card As per the Assocham study on prevalence of lifestyle diseases among corporate employees  72% of the corporate become more prone for the cardiovascular diseases due to high stress levels & poor eating habits (eating junk food, sleeping badly and not exercising)  52% of corporate employees are afflicted to lifestyle diseases due to their poor eating habits  26% suffer from obesity (lifestyle disease), 24 % suffer from chronic diseases whereas 18% have acute ailment  Only 6% of average corporate employees claimed to not suffer from any disease

3 Corporate Employee Health Report Card  Depression is the 2 nd hard hit disease that is observed among the respondents  High Blood pressure (B.P) and Diabetes are the 3 rd and 4 th largest disease with a share of 12% and 10% respectively as suffered among the corporate employees  Spondolysis (8%), heart disease (6%), cervical (5%), asthma (4%), slip disc (3%) and arthritis (2.5%) are the most common among diseases

4 Corporate Employee Health Report Card  The report says that the increasingly demanding schedules, Bad eating habits and high stress levels are leading to sleep disorders in individual lives  Loss of sleep has wide ranging effects including daytime fatigue, physical discomfort, psychological stress, performance deterioration, low pain threshold and increased absenteeism
