Abstract The progress of human life largely depends on healthy body. The labour for money, status in the society & honor is not possible for an unhealthy man. Despite the fast progress made by modern medical science, we continue to witness the surge in health related disorders. Psychosomatic disorders have become very common, especially in the corporate world, where people continuously stretch themselves in order to deliver high performance to move up the career ladder. The rise in health related disorders clearly explains that we are not conscious about the health management and we are not adopting the holistic approach towards it. We tend to believe that physical health is everything and continuously try out different preventive & curative measures to keep ourselves physically healthy. We generally tend to ignore the mind (thought center) & the soul (emotion center) aspect of the health. The theory that all psychosomatic diseases are first born in mind has been widely accepted now which calls for the need to take holistic approach towards health. This module is prepared with an intention to create awareness about holistic aspects of health and also provide the different tools & techniques available not just to keep ourselves healthy physically but mentally & spiritually too.
