4 RESEARCH “Dreams are a series of emotions, images, ideas and sensations that occur involuntarily whilst we are asleep. Some people remember them the morning after, some don’t; some people dream about things that have been on their mind, whilst others dream about completely random situations.” “Every night whilst we are asleep, each of us creates around five dream episodes which last between 15 and 40 minutes. Technically we all spend about two hours dreaming every single night.” – Ian Wallace
