Curtin University is a trademark of Curtin University of Technology CRICOS Provider Code 00301J February 2011Academic Promotion Level A-B After the meeting: the process  HoS completes their assessment and recommendation and returns a copy to you  HoS submits recommendation to the PVC  Within 2 months of the promotion discussion, the PVC will advise you, the HoS and the Academic Promotions Unit of the outcome  Where promotion has not been approved, HoS will provide written feedback  Where promotion has been approved, the Unit will notify the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic, and the Manager Remuneration Services  Promotion will be effective from the first day of the pay period commencing on or after the date of approval by the PVC
