3. What They Look Like They’re soft like jelly. You can see right through them. Others are mostly white with streaks. some jellyfish glow in the dark and under the deep sea water. And they can be bigger and jellyfish can be a round other jellyfish and jellyfish can be lots of different colors and they can be different shapes and they can be different sizes and they look like jelly.

4. What Jellyfish Can Do The jellyfish eyes can tell the difference between light and dark. A jellyfish has no brain. It has nerves. Nerves send messages through the jellyfish body. A jellyfish can tell many things with it’s nerves. It can tell when other animals are near.

5. What Jellyfish Eat The jellyfish poison and weakens the prey before they eat their prey. Jellyfish do not have teeth. Jellyfish eat shrimp and fish.It hunts for food. Then the jellyfish stings so the jellyfish can eat the fish.

6. Where Jellyfish Live Some jellyfish live in cold water. Some jellyfish swim near the shore some don’t. There are hundreds of species of jellyfish that live in saltwater lakes. Jellyfish live in many kinds of water.

7. Glossary Predator – animals who hunt and eat other animals. Algae small rootless plants that grow in water. Prey – animals who are hunted and eaten by other animals.
