5- The List of Ordered Items appears. Select the radioisotope you received 24-Jan-116

6- Some fields are automatically filled in. Select the “Physical Form” 24-Jan-117

7- Click the blue question mark beside “Lab/Location” 24-Jan-118

8- Select the lab where you are working 24-Jan-119

9- Fill in the “Received by” field (if you are a worker, use your name, not the PI’s name) 24-Jan-1110

10- Select the “Reference Date” 24-Jan-1111

11- Enter the date referenced on the vial or the receiving date if not informed 24-Jan-1112

12- Enter the activity indicated on the vial 24-Jan-1113

14- The system calculates the Total Activity and Receipt Activity 24-Jan-1115

15- Select “Unit”. Because it is a liquid, select “uL” 24-Jan-1116

16- Specify the total volume of the vial 24-Jan-1117

17- Click the “Save” button 24-Jan-1118

14- The new item is added to the Current Inventory List. Click the “BACK” button 24-Jan-1119
