Definition of shared concepts and clear priorities: hunger, fairness, education, prosperity… A cooperative network: information, lessons learned, intentions regarding social policies: Supply & demand matrixes. SIPAM/SIVAM as a model Common approaches to key places: Haiti; Bolivia. The ability to share experiences, rather than teach lessons Brazil: 50% poorest increased their wealth in 67.9% between 2000 & 2010; Gini index evolved from 0.61 to 0.53.
