15 General Information  Does a client have to insure all trip costs?  Yes, clients need to insure all pre-paid, non- refundable costs associated with their travel arrangements including administration fees  If I have a client that is 59 today, but will be 60 at the time of travel, what price should I use for the insurance?  59; age is determined at the time of purchase, not at the time of travel

16 General Information: Modify Policy  Can a client make changes to a policy after purchase?  Policies may be modified prior to the original departure date listed on the policy  If a policy is modified, clients will not be able to file a claim on the previous policy  How do we modify a policy?  ezTIPS™: Right click on ezTIPS™ icon by the clock of computer; select Modify Policy; complete information; submit  Toolbox: Click on Toolbox; select Modify Your Policy; complete information; submit
