Outline future plans for transnational cooperation in context of LLP and link these to work done so far. Describe their arrangements for promoting transnational mobility. List quality procedures to support transnational activities. Make specific mention of policies to combat inequality. Promote benefits of formal recognition. Make reference to Bologna.
