3 REMC $AVE Bid Process  Bid process is compliant with State of Michigan School Code standards, the legislation that established REMC's (Michigan Compiled Laws Act 451 Section 380.671) and State Board of Education Rules for REMCs enabled REMCs to bid on behalf of local school districts and also provided local school districts with the authority to use REMC bids. The listed bid items and providers were accepted as a result of a comprehensive bid awarded by the REMC project fiscal agent, Ingham ISD. $ Slide 3

5 What and Who is REMC?  A REMC is a collaborative service of one or more RESA/ISDs providing educational technology services to local schools.  The Regional Educational Media Center Association of Michigan (REMCAM) is the statewide organization made up of the 22+ REMC Directors.  The REMC $AVE Bid is a project of the REMC Association. $ Slide 5
