11. New Performance Area New opportunities in the North Performance Area will: Maximize venue functionality and flexibility. Enhance already successful Center series. Produce artistically excellent series that will draw new audiences. Create entry opportunities for new audiences with lower-priced tickets and free events. Bring additional educational offerings to the community and nearby schools. Create opportunities to collaborate with SMoCA and Public Art. Generate partnerships with local arts organizations such as the Scottsdale International Film Festival, smaller theater groups, local publishers or libraries, and nearby colleges and universities. Maximize revenue potential by increasing programming, rentals, food-and-beverage options, etc.
