3 MMMM T S R S Evaluation of User Satisfaction and Financial Benefit As no direct contact with potential users has been performed yet, no specific answers can be given about the user satisfaction. As no direct contact with potential users has been performed yet, no specific answers can be given about the user satisfaction. The financial benefit that can be guessed for the users will strictly depend on:The financial benefit that can be guessed for the users will strictly depend on: –Their level of awareness about the improvement in prediction reliability when using the 11 cm index with 1 min time cadence. (Users a., d.) –Their level of awareness about the interferences by solar radio noise the communications systems they operate can suffer. (Users b., c., d.) –Their willingness to accept and admit such potential weakness in their technological systems. (Users b., c., d.)
