FY 2010: more than $4.5 billion government-wide. YTD Fort Bliss: $4.4M / WSMR $4.1M ($8.5M combined) Local purchases capabilities range from North of Las Cruces, N.M. to Fabens, TX. FY14 Fort Bliss: $7.2M Allows organizations to commit purchases at unit level, by passing contract methods. 50-80% of unit funds are committed through GPC.

Organizations search various procurement sources (many mandatory) or contact vendors directly based on the organization’s requirement.
