Fast Forward to Success   Tri-C requires mandatory enrollment in foundation courses (also known as dev ed)   Enrolling & completing in these increases your ability to succeed as a college student   If you placed into a foundation course, you will hear:. Tri-C’s requirement is that you enroll in foundation courses in your first semester. You are required to continue to enroll in foundation courses every semester until you have completed them.
