2 A REVIEW OF THE FOLLOWING : Employer Registrations Compensated Registrations Activity Reports --Employer/Compensated Amending Registrations & Reports Report of Gift or Purchase Forms Any online filing questions/concerns. 2

3 You must use the “Continue/Back” button within the application. The Internet Explorer “Back” button will give you an error message. You must “select” one of the lobbyist in the list before you “continue” 3

4 Dashboard is where you locate all your filing options 4

5 If all the years were filed the box would be grey and you would be required to file an amended version of the registration. 5

6 The default on all registrations is the annual due date of November 1. If you were contracted to lobby beyond the November 1 due date you will need to change the answer to YES and enter the date. The date will be verified by the Commission. 6

15 When filing on behalf of a lobbyist, you must have them approve the filing 15

16 Enter the email address of the person responsible for the employer listed in SECTION A, BOX 1 of the registration. The default email for the lobbyist is the address entered in Section A 16

17 When a person listed as responsible for the employer in Section C is preparing the filing, they will select “behalf of myself” and be taken to the review page 17

18 Appeal option will only be available if you are filing a late registration. 18

62 The “Continue” option is the only way to provide the final report/registration to the Commission. After selecting “continue” the preparer will be provided a FINAL confirmation number 62
