2 Weapons on blockade runners. Most of these ships had cannons and other sorts of guns. Cannons were used to destroy other ships or attack from the sea.

4 what it is Blockade. A blockade is a shutting off of a port or region of a belligerent state by troops or ships of the enemy in order to prevent a passage in or out time of war.

5 What is a blockade runner. A blockade runner is a ship that try’s to slip through blockade’s. These ship’s tried to get into the port’s so that it could get soldiers their supply’s.

6 What they did for the army. They brought food and supplies for them. They would also help out the protect the land by gunning down other ships.
