3. What is PBS? A school-wide system that encourages and rewards positive student and adult behavior.

4. School-wide Expectations Cranberry Cougars will be: Respectful Responsible and Ready to Learn

5. What does this mean for you and your child? Teachers will implement lessons modeling appropriate behaviors. Adults at Cranberry will be looking for positive behaviors to recognize. Students will earn ‘Cougar Coupons’ for expected behaviors.

6. Rewards Students will be rewarded with 5 school-wide PBS Celebrations. In order to attend the celebrations student must earn a certain number of coupons. Parent involvement is an important piece to the PBS puzzle.

7. Parent Role Help your child arrive on time. Be sure your child is prepared for school. Monitor your child during homework time. Communicate with your child’s teacher. Ask your child about his/her coupons and celebrate daily success.

10. 9 Cougar Coupons Teachers and students will keep track of the number of cougar coupons earned each week. All students will attend a PBS Pep Rally Kick Off on September 3. Celebrations are scheduled for the end of each grading period.

11. 10 Questionnaire for families new to Cranberry Please pick up a PBS questionnaire and answer the questions with your child. Give the questionnaire to your child’s teacher. Each signed questionnaire is worth 2 Cougar Coupons.
