3. Hello my name is Alice I am 11

4. Right now we live near Sydney

5. There’s lots of bush around here…

6. So my father made us go on this bush walk

7. He thinks it’s a good thing to get to know the environment

8. I don’t think it is, I think its kind of scary

9. Especially because I was almost bitten by a red belly black snake at the Native Reserve Park

10. But this time I’ve got Brad with me

11. I like to make games but I’m still getting the bugs out

12. At home Ming paints and I work on my puzzles

13. Our house is pretty big. My room is huge so I have enough space to do my stuff.

14. Most of the time dad makes us go on road trips or something like that.

15. This is the first time dad’s had a holiday in a long time

16. Usually he’s never home and we never see him.

17. I’ve never been on a proper bushwalk before. My parents told me to stay close to them.

18. OW!!!

19. Oh there’s a fork in the road.

20. Which way do I go?

21. Right or Left?

22. I think left.

23. It’s getting late

24. It’s dangerous at night

25. That sounded like a dog

26. Was it a dingo

27. A PACK OF DIMGOS

28. what should I do?

29. I try to think of my lessons

30. FIRE! Dingos are scared of fire

31. still I cant make a fire

32. But I have my ba-xi torch

34. that did it!

35. b ut now what?

36. Then I hear Brad’s voice

37. “Dingos cant climb trees”

38. So now I’m stuck up a tree with dingos waiting to eat me

39. Then I hear dads voice!

40. Its like a blast of warmth

41. I see a light

42. Dad’s got fire

43. He scares off the dingos. Now I’m safe

44. We go home and have dinner. PIZZA! My faveourite
